We aim to send out all orders within 5 days.

We use the Royal Mail tracked 48hours service. 

Shipping is free on UK orders over £40.

Shipping is free on EU orders over 50€.

 

Returns

We're happy to offer refunds on any products that are damaged, mislabelled or don't match what you ordered. 

Returns in all other cases will be at our discretion. 

Either way, drop us a note, quoting your order number, within 28 days of purchase, at info@1-9.co.uk.
